Abstract
In the article value of risks and uncertainty of the external and internal environment of the organization on efficiency of accepted administrative decisions is considered. Necessity of introduction of system of forecasting of risks and algorithms of actions for adverse situations is designated. Offers for modernization of work of the company by means of distribution of duties of the control over risks are formed.
