Abstract
The author presented the review of a condition of the market of auditor services to the Russian Federation; the analysis of the held tenders for carrying out audit in the Republic of Buryatia for 2014-2015 is carried out. Factors and their influence on the market of auditor services are analysed. Suggestions for improvement of conditions of the competition in the market of auditor services are formulated.
