Abstract
This article discusses the notion of financial rents. Currently financial Renta is a feature-rich subject for analysis from the point of view of the economy. It is necessary to highlight the fact that the theoretical opinions consideration the category of the economy "financial Renta", methodical methods of quantitative analysis based on a variety of economic levels are controversial. Therefore, the definition of the meaning of financial rents its object-subject evaluation are important to create the theoretical basis of further studies in science.
