Abstract
The problem of choosing the right strategy for Russia's development involves many controversial issues, different levels of importance, paramount among which is the active promotion of innovation, more efficient use of the business potential, especially of small and medium-sized businesses, reducing corruption and administrative barriers to the organization, the right choice of cluster, national and social policies aimed at reducing social and ethnic tensions in the country.
