Abstract
Efficiency of economic activity of trade organizations in many respects is defined by number of buyers. In this regard it is necessary to use various methods as attraction, and deduction of clients one of which is improvement of quality of trade service. In article technical and psychological characteristics on quality of trade service, influence of stimulants of sales and additional services are considered. The separate attention is paid to service improvement of quality on delivery of goods in electronic trading.
