Abstract
This article is devoted to analysis of the problem of self-monitoring of blood circulation. The results of analysis of information and mass experiments using modern digital blood pressure monitors. It proposes a set of indicators for self-monitoring, including indicators of quality of life, blood pressure and arrhythmia, blood viscosity, heart valves, vascular stiffness. Developed a device for self-monitoring of blood with artificial intelligence and methods of self-control.
