Abstract
The article examines the problem of improving the quality of modern education in institutions of higher education through the development and implementation of smart systems. The article discusses the features of the Bologna Declaration and federal state educational standard third-generation, in which the emphasis moved from the content to learning outcomes – competencies of graduate.
