Abstract
In article problems of introduction of innovations and advanced technologies are considered. The assessment is given to the innovative capacity of agrarian and industrial complex of Russia. The analysis of a condition of the state support of innovations in Russia and the European Union countries is carried out. The measures for the implementation of high-tech products by means of realization of state programs of innovative development of the Russian agricultural sector are offered.
