Abstract
The present article discusses possible areas of cooperation between the municipal authorities and business in the direction of automotive rubber processing – in the area in which social, municipal and business interests intersect. Besides, the article covers economic, legal and environmental aspects of car tires recycling as well as summarizes domestic and foreign experience.
