Abstract
This article is devoted to empirical and theoretical analysis of the process management support the development of pedagogical collective of modern educational technologies. The research material is composed of characteristic tasks of management of education, United by the concept of "management support". Provides program management support for the development of new educational technologies school № 2 Kopeisk city district of the Chelyabinsk region. The results of the implementation of the program proved its efficiency, which is determined by the increase of professional competence of the teacher.
