Abstract
This article discusses the prospects of wind energy in the future, as well as the causes of difficulties for the development of the wind industry. Russia is opposed to foreign countries has rich reserves of minerals, which operates the current Russian energy sector. At that time, strange as the European shortages of natural resources, and forced to compensate through alternative energy sources such as wind energy.
