AbstractThis paper is the author of the work on the formation of neuroeconomics model of the Russian economy. Assessment of the economic experience of the USSR under the neurological point of view due to the fact that research in the area of the brain suggests sociodynamics - previously existing architecture of the brain and the corresponding cultural skills are not canceled. So when you need to enter some innovation in culture, such as the economic environment, we should remember that innovation must fit into that existed before her before. Otherwise innovation will be taken to the problems or not accepted at all.
