Abstract
This article focuses on the relationship between the level of company`s maturity and the quality of its business-process management. Considered such maturity models as: Philip Crosby`s capability maturity model, Watts Humphrey`s capability maturity model, the reference capability maturity model based on ISO 15504, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), «Gartner`s BPM Maturity Model».
