Abstract
Any trade organization aspires to increase in sales volume. For this purpose in article it is considered features of behavior of buyers at commission of purchase with use of the Internet. Relevance of research is defined by that many Online stores don't consider the specifics of behavior of consumers depending on a number of factors when developing strategy. The accounting of the recommendations offered in article will allow to increase efficiency of economic activity of trade organizations.
