Abstract
Financial planning system improvement could be the most significant factor of company’s resources usage rationality, that is of a particular value in the current volatile market conditions and the rapid growth of competition. This article includes the overview of financial planning theoretical aspects, regardless of the enterprise’s scope of activity, the special features of planning in catering business and an example of medium-term financial plan for one of the market’s representatives.
