HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN CATERING BUSINESS

Abstract
The turnover of the enterprise of catering business depends on the work quality and interaction of employees. So it’s important that personnel management is one the main aspects of activities of the enterprise. Paper contains analysis of human resource management system in the enterprise, and then developed recommendations and calculated the efficiency from these recommendations.
