Abstract
Results of research of a problem of creation of corporate information systems (KIS) of non-state pension funds (NSPF) are given in article .The structure of a functional subsystem of KIS of NPF is defined It includes a database management system, subsystems of investment and operational departments, CRM, and also a development tool of KIS, information systems of accounts department and a human resources department, software of ensuring information security and Service Desk.
