Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the measurement and assessment of the quality of preparation of students in distance learning. The author emphasizes a special role in the use of Moodle platform for the formation of the required competencies in the disci-pline of Organisational behaviour. The approximate rating plan for the discipline underpins the design, implementation and assessment of educational activity of the student. Rating scale in the rating plan assesses all the activities of students in points, and diagnostic tools assess the quality of students learning activities.
