Abstract
In this work we consider the possibility of the simulation process area of discrete manufacturing systems nonlinear models, and the selected one of the simplest variants of modeling the interaction of items of work with tools. As a result of processing of the products is changing the performance of equipment that, in turn, affects the speed of processing products.
