Abstract
In this work the adaptive control system of processing in the conditions of the automated production which is based on measurement of a signal of acoustic emission and infrared radiation is considered. With it's help the effective forecast of operability of the cutting tool and control of intensity of it's wear is made, thus avoiding a tool failure, increasing quality, efficiency, reliability and accuracy of processing of details in instrument making.
