Abstract
This article is devoted to the review of jurisprudence at application of standards of the legislation on bankruptcy of SP. The analysis of the Resolution of Plenum YOU by the Russian Federation No. 51 of 30.06.2011 "About hearing of cases about bankruptcy of individual entrepreneurs" is carried out. The conducted research allows to claim that the status of the individual entrepreneur is very closely connected with the status of the natural person.
