Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of a current state and the main problems of social and economic development of Russia in the conditions of stagnation of economy. In a short form the factors defining dynamics of economic growth are considered and tendencies of economic development of the country are defined. Justification of provisions and the argument of conclusions it was carried out on the basis of data of Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation, application of methods of comparisons and scientific-theoretical generalization.
