Abstract
The article explores the fundamental principles that characterize sustainable and effective development of the economic mechanism of the national innovation system. Revealing the basic classification focuses on the rationale and private means and applied principles that provides the methodological basis for the formulation of the concept of dynamic development of the economic mechanism of the national innovation system.
