Abstract
The theoretical aspects of economic efficiency of production and processing of sunflowers productions are considered in work, organization-economic principles and progress of production and processing of sunflowers in an agro-industrial complex is showed, main directions of increase to economic efficiency of production of sunflowers are offered.
