Abstract
The article seeks, with a practical example, to examine the critical chain method effectiveness in the implementation of specific public projects with banks. By using Eliyahu M. Goldratt's method of critical chain that is based on the theory of constraints, the author step by step implementing the ideas of this method and showing the positive effects of its application. Implemented in the draft article it is based on real data, materials and patterns used in the banks.
