Abstract
In article need of development is proved and basic provisions of "Methodical recommendations about improvement of quality of the tourist services provided in subjects of the Russian Federation" and "Methodical recommendations about an assessment of efficiency of activity of subjects of the Russian Federation in the sphere of tourism" are considered. Key theses when developing these recommendations offer author's Model of system of ensuring quality and System of indicators of an assessment of quality of tourist services.
