Abstract
The article provides an overview of the main problems of the regional market development of construction and repair work and the basic directions of development of the industry. The main problem of the participants of this market is finding a reliable and permanent contractors. Further development of the market should be based on the principles of transparency of the relationship and ease of recruitment services for clients.
