Abstract
In this article presents an analysis of personnel potential in the tourism industry in Primorskiy region. Tourism industry depends of staff qualification, skills and working experience. Nowadays is very important process of training, retraining and employment personnel in tourism industry. Nevertheless that at the State and at the regional levels there are begin the steps of improving the professional and training employers, but so far than in Russia and in the individual regions feels the lack of specialists of World level.
