BILINGUALISM IN THE PROCESS OF LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN A TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract
This article deals with the peculiarities of English and German on a practical training in a foreign language in high school. German and English are a group of Germanic languages ​​and have much in common. It is necessary to artificially create a situation as close as possible to the conditions of natural bilingualism. Being the language of the analytical layer, the English language is considerably inferior to the German language in the use of word-building funds. In order to understand the text in the second foreign language must be able to reproduce words, learn the grammatical forms of words, the principles of the syntactic organization of the text, guess where this is possible, on the meaning of words and whole phrases. The use of comparative method for the acquisition of values ​​and skills makes it possible to intensify the learning process and, therefore, accelerate learning.
