Abstract
The aim of the article is the consideration of the management process and identify ways of improving the efficiency of the management of Reserve Fund and national welfare Fund (sovereign wealth funds).
Given the crisis in the world economy associated with the deterioration of the geopolitical relationship between Russia and the leading countries, which resulted in a full-scale sanctions war - the consideration of the topic is relevant.
