Abstract
The article is devoted to actual problems of modern engineering education. The author reveals the features and goals of education for the formation of a new type of specialist. Particular attention is paid to humanization of technical education. It also shows the importance of philosophy as a necessary component of professional obrazzovaniya and its influence on the formation of professional activity.
