Abstract
We consider the functional and structural organization of autonomous types of hardware-software module as the primary means of obtaining and pre-processing of the measurement information in geographically distributed networks of arbitrary configuration (for example, a network of environmental safety in the oil and gas industry). This module is designed for pre-forming support decision-making in conditions of a priori uncertainty about the characteristics of the current data.
