Abstract
Article describes main regulations applicable to the activities and statute of the advisory board elected in the multyapartment building. Main legal obstacles and contradictions are resolved as well. Legal statute of chairman of the multi apartment house is defined. Also are revised main difficulties in realization of his powers.
