Abstract
In the article, the author described the features of building of the insurance rate. In the article were indicated existence of standard clauses and conditions of insurance contracts or insurance terms, that influence on efficiency using of insurance by risk managers. The author examined basic conditions and data about the object of insurance, affecting the change in the insurance rate for insurance of the property.
