Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the content of the "assessment of the innovative capacity of the company," which in a significant drop in global energy prices and the apparent technological backwardness of the Russian economy on the level of industrialized countries can expect another increase in the number of statements about the need to stimulate innovative development of Russian enterprises.
