Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the values of the human dimension in educa-tion in the process of socio-cultural qualities of the modern professional. The author reveals the key problems of formation humanities education in a modern market requirements. As disclosed in the basic meaning and factors of development of liberal education in the modern system of training of specialists in various areas of training are given the prospects for improving the education system in the direction of humanization and dialog communication.
