Abstract
The article analyzes the methods of reconstruction different parts of the urban environment, identification of degraded areas and characteristics of their revalorization and socio-architectural rehabilitation. The article describes principles of recovery, analyzes the application of the different methods and techniques for the reconstruction by examples of modern urban complexes.
