Abstract
Under modern conditions Russian education system should give due consideration to moral and spiritual and harmonic development of an individual. As part of humanization of pedagogical process of a medical institution for the purpose of quality improvement of students’ professional training it is necessary to create all the required conditions for a complete socialization of personality of medical students. Only in this case society will receive health workers with required professional competences and active citizenship.
