THE ROLE OF INNOVATION IN STRATEGY FORMATION COMPANIES

Abstract
The paper analyzes the formation of the market, customer-oriented, as well as the possibility of its de-velopment through the establishment of long-term competitiveness of enterprises. The definition of innova-tion, and shows its constituent components. Presented an innovative approach to the implementation of the Company's operations as the only way to maintain a high growth rate of labor productivity, and profitability. Recommendations of innovation, the main purpose of which appears to develop new products and services.
