Abstract
Annotation – In the managing of any company there are may be some situations, where two parties cannot come to a conclusion in different questions of a legal entity. This situation can confound a person. For these very occasions, the existing legislation allows two parties to enter into a contract between them, which can regulate the relations within a society. They also can help people to find a way out of dead-end situations. In this article the ways of resolving dead-locks in managing will be discussed.
