Abstract
The author presents metaphors in the advertisement in English tourist sites. In the article the advertisement in a tourist discourse is spoken about. The article is addressed to students, teachers, young scientists of the faculty of foreign philology and also employees of travel agencies, which are interested in the tourism job.
