Abstract
This article under consideration presents the research results of the medical employees emotional burnout syndrome as one of the reasons of “doctor/patient” miscommunication. The main goal of the research was to determine a correlation between a burn-out syndrome development phase and the employees work experience in the field of speciality. As a result the recommendations which aim to help to overcome the emotional burn-out syndrome are offered.
