AbstractThe article considers the controversial issues of the agrarian revolution in Russia. The authors suggest that the traditionally defined period of the agrarian revolution as the revolution 1917 - 1920s. untrue. According to them the main points of the agrarian revolution relate to the period 1930 - 1950s. During this period, the revolutionary changes in agriculture was becoming Russian state capitalism with the appropriate economic unit and the class structure. The main trend in the economic development of agriculture in this period was his cap, and social development - and the peasantry in the formation of new classes - protoburzhuazii, managers, intellectuals, labor aristocracies, agricultural proletariats.
