Abstract
The subject of the article are the features of professional interactions as a factor of professionalism. Analyzed the impact on the seperate professionalism of the primary of professional team, as well as the professional community. Professional community presented as social institution and a generalized professional subject of labor. Are named role of the professional community as well as its basic functional and ideological components. The article shows the importance of professional identification of the person.
