Abstract
This article deals with the peculiarities of the profile of foreign language teaching in a technical high school. In the process of learning of a foreign language in a technical high school important place is given to the reading of relevant texts, as it is read can find the most widely used in the future careers of students from the large number of scientific and technical information in a foreign language. When teaching speech teacher efforts should be focused on building skills of professional speech communication. The student must be prepared at least at the elementary level to exchange views on his chosen profession, as well as everyday communication on a simple foreign language. Pronunciation skills, therefore, should be brought to automaticity, it was clear to the interlocutors.
