Abstract
The article considers the dissemination, geological structure, physical and mechanical properties and geotechnical conditions for the construction of complex the glacial sediments of the Penza region. For the purpose of reduce time and costs for geotechnical investigations for glacial sediments is made up generalized characteristic and calculate the average values of geotechnical properties.
