Abstract
In article oppositional activity of Iosif Samoylovich Zisels, 1946 year of birth, the human rights activist and the activist of the Jewish movement in the USSR, the member of the Ukrainian Helsinki group and the Working commission of investigation of use of psychiatry in political goals, the distributor of a samizdat is considered; prosecutions from the authorities. The staff of Committee for State Security persistently and any time suggested I.S. Zisels to emigrate, but that refused flatly.
