Abstract
The article reveals the conceptual bases of professional and pedagogical self-teacher of graduate education. Theoretical study of the problem suggests that the use of the professional activity of the teacher postgraduate institutes of modern information and communication technology is a tool for its professional and pedagogical self-realization. The issues raised in the article are multidimensional.
