Abstract
In this article the main aspects of public prosecutor's activity in realization and ensuring the right for protection of the minor suspects accused of criminal legal proceedings of the Russian Federation are considered. The analysis of essential powers of the prosecutor in this process is carried out, the main directions of supervision are revealed, options of participation and a role of the prosecutor in realization of the guarantees connected with ensuring the right for protection of the minor are considered.
