Abstract
In article passing of the major Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha in Tatar by the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1980 is considered; reciprocal actions from the Soviet authorities are characterized and, in particular, authorized Council for religions at Council of ministers of the USSR on Tatar by the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic I.A. Mikhaleva.
